Every care has been taken to show the artwork as accurately as possible with regard to size and colour. The image you see online may show a difference due to slight variation between browsers, devices and screen settings. Any variation between the image represented and the actual artwork is not deemed a fault and slight inconsistencies will not be a valid reason for return.
Ordering
How is my payment handled?
Payments are taken through PayPal or Stripe in € euros. You do not need to have a PayPal account to purchase; you can use the PayPal service to pay with your regular debit or credit card. We do not store any of your debit/credit card details.
Purchasing with a deposit
If you would like to purchase an original painting over €600 you are welcome to purchase in stages. As the value of my work grows I understand this can be a helpful option. A 50% deposit is payable to hold your painting . The balance can be paid the following month or in 2 monthly payments of 25% each. Please contact me if you are interested in arranging this.
This is not a credit scheme, but an arrangement on trust, at no extra cost to you. Usual shipping costs and return policy will apply.
Paying by bank transfer
There is a checkout option to pay by bank transfer which many customers prefer. This saves me credit card fees . If you select this option you will be emailed with details of how to pay. Please pay immediately as the artwork is marked as sold immediately and unavailable to others.
Shipping
**** I have placed my order, how soon will I receive my painting?
Original paintings delivered within Europe will be packed and shipped within 5 working days. All pieces are sent by Mail Boxes Etc. Shipping Services. Most deliveries in Europe arrive within 2 weeks from time of shipping.
NOTE: Allow 8 weeks for deliveries to the rest of the world including the UK with the inclusion of an original artwork export certificate.
Is Shipping included?
Yes, the artwork has an estimated shipping cost included in the price.
Note: At the current time shipping costs are varying significantly due to Covid-19 restrictions, especially on air freight. If the actual cost of shipping is significantly more than quoted I reserve the right to discuss this with you and to refuse the sale.
Can you ship internationally?
Yes, I can ship outside of Europe to most countries, art works being shipped from Italy require an original artwork export certificate which will take up to 8 weeks to arrive depending on your location. If your location is restricted once you get to the checkout you need a bespoke courier service. Message me with your details and the piece you would like and I can give you shipping options.
Overseas shipments (outside of Europe) may be subject to import duties and taxes according to the laws of the destination country. Any additional charges are at the customer’s expense. We have no control over these charges and accept no responsibility for additional charges.
Shipping costs contribute towards packing supplies, labour and transit fees.
Returns
What if my painting arrives and I don’t like it?
I want you to be fully happy with your new artwork so I offer a Buy-Back agreement.
If an original painting is not as you expect, you have 14 days to contact me by email and request a refund. Once a return has been agreed, you are responsible for packing and arranging return delivery and payment using the same service it was sent to you. Once the piece has been safely returned I will refund your payment within 14 days.
At this time I am unable to offer a refund or return on any product(s) sent outside of Europe.
Do you give a refund on prints if I change my mind?
All prints are custom made to the size you request. I don’t hold stock – each print is made for you. Please check the size is as you wish before you place the order.
What if my painting arrives damaged?
All work is carefully packed and wrapped. If you receive a work that has been damaged in transit, please contact me within 7 days with a photograph.
